Music Room

Probably built around 1735 by Oliver Marton Senior in a detached garden belonging to 76 Church Street. The 3-storey building has a shop on the ground floor but the principal room on the first floor has some of the finest Baroque plaster-work in the North West, attributed to Francesco Vassalli. The top floor is a flat and is let by the Landmark Trust, who owns the building. Access by arrangement with the Landmark Trust.
