Morecambe Golf Club

Morecambe Golf Club is a private members club situated on the north-west tip of the Lancashire coast. The course is just over a mile from the centre of the popular coastal resort of Morecambe, over-looking magnificent Morecambe Bay, and 3 miles from the historic city of Lancaster.

The course is well kept with superb sea views, some of the best greens in the area and some very interesting holes which will challenge even the seasoned golfer. A fantastic club house with restaurant and bar make for an excellent 19th hole. The course boasts a practise putting green and well equipped pro shop.

Other information.... 18 holes, 5770 yards, SSS 69. There is no restriction on visitors but a handicap certificate is generally required to play and societies are requested to contact the club prior to to play. Trolley hire is available through the pro shop (there are no buggies). One important point is that there are no par 5's on this course.

As a golfing destination, Morecambe Golf Club has gained an enviable reputation for both the quality of its clubhouse facilities and 18 hole golf course and offers visiting golfers a wholehearted welcome.
