Warton Crag is a prominent limestone hill on the southern edge of the Arnside/Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The extraordinary diversity of natural habitat and the relatively mild climate makes the area rich in wildlife and many rare species of plants and animals are found here.
